Our organic white peony tea is picked early in the season when the buds are still young and tender. Because of this early picking, the taste is very mild and sweet without the sometimes astringent qualities of regular green teas. White peony tea is a beautiful, full length leaf, with young buds which produces a lovely, balanced cup.
